I had Secure Boot enabled for a while, but when I decided to try out Pop!_OS, I disabled Secure Boot as required for the installation. After that, I turned Secure Boot back on, but now I can't boot into Windows with Secure Boot enabled. I keep getting a Secure Boot violation error saying there are unauthorized changes in the firmware or operating system. I need Secure Boot on, but it seems to only work with Pop!_OS and not Windows. Can anyone help me get it back on for Windows 11?

I've heard about issues with "expiring keys" impacting Secure Boot, especially with newer OS like Windows. But honestly, if you faced this issue before installing Pop!_OS, it might not be related to that. Double-check the firmware settings in BIOS and see if there's an option to install secure boot keys. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve these types of issues too!
It sounds like a frustrating issue! Sometimes, when you mess with the BIOS settings, it can cause conflicts, especially with Secure Boot. You might want to try re-entering the BIOS and resetting it to default settings, then configure Secure Boot again while making sure nothing has changed in the disk setup. Just a heads-up, always back up your data before making any changes to the BIOS!

Good point! Also, if you added Pop!_OS as a separate drive, it might have altered some boot settings. Check to see if there are any options in the BIOS to manage the boot order or keys for secure boot. That might help.
