I've got a Free Tier account from AWS that runs out in April, but I've found it's been locked recently, and I'm not sure why. I really just want to cancel it, but I can't access the account right now. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email, but all I've gotten back are requests for my account info again. Is there anyone here from AWS support who can give me a hand with this?

Sorry for the hassle! Typically, account-related issues can only be sorted through the official AWS support channels. Make sure to use their contact form to open a support case. If you provide your case ID, they can usually look into it more thoroughly.
Just a heads up, if you don’t switch to a paid plan, your Free Tier will automatically close about six months after you opened it. So if that shutdown is pending, then you might not need to take any action. But definitely try contacting support to resolve the lock.
Hey! I'm really sorry to hear about your situation with the locked account. If you have your case ID, you could try sending it over to AWS support directly; they might be able to assist you faster. If you can, check your root account email for any notices from them, too.
