I've just built a new PC, and I'm running into some serious issues with spontaneous reboots. It seems to happen right after I try booting up Windows 11. I can access the BIOS without any problems, but as soon as I launch Windows, it starts to reboot randomly. Sometimes I get a few minutes of use, but then it shifts back and forth between crashing and showing a repair error. I even tried hard resetting and reinstalling Windows, which worked briefly, but then it crashed again during setup. Now, I can't get into Windows at all, though the BIOS still loads fine. I suspect it might be my M.2 drive, but the BIOS recognizes it as the boot drive. I've checked temperatures, swapped out the PSU, and ran multiple MemTests on the RAM without finding any issues. I'd really appreciate any help or advice! Here are my specs:
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d
- Gigabyte x8701 AORUS pro ice
- Patriot Viper Elite 5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000
- ASUS Dual OC GeForce RTX 5060ti 16GB
- Lian Li SP850 850W 80+ Gold SFX PSU
- Thermaltake TR100 case
- Thermaltake TH240 v2 AIO
- Samsung 990 Evo Plus 2TB M.2

It sounds like a software issue if it only crashes when Windows is loading. Have you tried reinstalling Windows from a USB drive? Also, make sure that your CPU isn't overclocked or undervolted. Sometimes a small voltage increase or downclocking can help stabilize it if the CPU is the problem.

I did try reinstalling, but it crashed again during setup. Now I can't even get back into Windows.
