I manage several buildings and recently discovered we have an additional 80 phone lines from Brightspeed, which is quite costly. I've noticed that when you search for our business on Google, it shows one of these Brightspeed numbers instead of the main number I'm familiar with. Since we're transitioning to using i3 broadband, I want to know what the process, costs, and time frame are for changing the phone number displayed in Google search results. Can anyone provide guidance on this?

You can create a Google business account and update your business information on Google Maps, including the new address and phone number. This is usually the easiest way to do it!
If you already have a Google business profile, see who manages it; they can make the changes quickly. If not, you'll need to claim ownership, which adds a few steps but should still be a fast process.
You'll probably end up dealing with automated support, as talking to a real person can be tough. Just a heads up, Google isn't super responsive to these changes, so it might take some time.

Oh gotcha, thanks for the tip!
