For the past few days, my home network has been acting up and I can't seem to figure out what's going on. When I try to play GTA Online on my Xbox, I keep getting told that I can't access my save data from the cloud. It sometimes lets me in after a few tries, but it won't save anything once I'm there. On Rainbow Six Siege, I'm hit with constant "server connection error" messages, and I'm getting kicked out of lobbies. Even in Rocket League, I can't search for games because it says the servers aren't available. I've also noticed that my PlayStation is running into issues too. Connecting my Xbox to my mobile hotspot solves the problem, so I know it's not the console itself. Interestingly, I got a DNS error on my PlayStation after a game update failed, and my Alexa devices at home aren't functioning properly either. My ISP is Wildanet, which is a smaller provider in South West England. Should I reach out to them, or is there something I can fix on my side?

It sounds like there might be an issue with your ISP's default DNS servers. You could potentially solve this by switching to a different DNS service, like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google's (8.8.8.8). You can change the DNS settings either on your router or on individual devices. If you change it at the router level, all devices connected to your network will automatically use the new DNS. You’ll just need to log into your router's configuration portal to make that change. Good luck!

I tried switching DNS manually on my Xbox to Cloudflare and Google, but no luck. I do want to access the router settings for changes, but the ISP didn't provide the admin details, and I’ve tried all the default ones. Looks like I’ll have to reach out to my ISP after all. Thanks!
