I'm having an issue with my WD Blue SN570 1TB SSD. After researching this problem, I found that the allocated size shows only 463GB instead of the full 1TB. I've checked in the disk manager and found that it's already fully allocated. I suspect there might be a hidden partition that I'm unable to see. This SSD was used, so it's possible that the previous owner cloned it from a smaller drive. I really hope it's not a counterfeit! Any help would be appreciated.

You could also check out MiniTool Partition Wizard if it's already downloaded. That should help you manage your partitions. Additionally, if you run 'diskpart' in the command prompt, it can show you other partitions that Windows might not read. There’s a chance that it’s not a visible partition or it could be mislabeled, which would mean it's actually a smaller drive.
It sounds like you've got a tricky situation! Have you tried completely wiping all the partitions and then formatting the drive? If it’s a genuine 1TB SSD, it should show the full capacity after that. Give it a shot and let us know what happens!
If you want to explore this further, you could try using a partition editor like Net Nuke. It’s free and might help you see any hidden partitions that aren't assigned a drive letter. Let me know if you need help with that!

I did wipe all partitions and reformat, but it’s still only showing 463GB. The drive label says 1TB, both on the disk and the card itself.
