I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where updates to my Nvidia drivers are bricking my display. I have an RTX 5060, which was working fine for months, but now any driver version after the January 27th release sends my display into 'NV-FAILSAFE'. The only way I can fix this is by using display driver uninstaller. I haven't found anyone else experiencing this problem, and I could really use some help!

You might want to start by updating your motherboard's BIOS. Additionally, consider testing with a different GPU if you have access to one. If all else fails, a bare metal install of Windows could help. Just a heads up, make sure you're not overclocking or tweaking voltages; that can lead to problems too!
What kind of monitor are you using? Sometimes compatibility issues can lead to these kinds of driver conflicts.
It might be helpful to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely clean out the old drivers while in safe mode. After that, try installing the latest version again. It worked for me! Also, double-check that all your system components like firmware, BIOS, drivers, and your OS are updated just to rule out any other issues.
