Have you thought about using 3CX? I’ve heard good things about it, but some folks say it can be a bit complex for simple needs. Might be worth checking out though!
What about Zoom Phone? It could fit your needs, especially with call handling and notifications.
I want something that lets me manage all our customers in one place and customize notifications based on the caller's priority.

We looked into it, but it seemed like it might be overkill for what we're after.
