I'm on the hunt for a straightforward and budget-friendly inbound call center software designed for a small team of about 5 to 10 employees. The key features I'm looking for include the ability to answer incoming calls on behalf of our clients with a professional greeting or IVR menu and to send immediate notifications (via SMS, app push, or email) to the designated employee, complete with caller information and the purpose of the call if possible. I'm not interested in any complicated call center features; I just need reliable inbound call handling and notifications. Also, keeping it budget-friendly is important—ideally a monthly fee per user or a flat rate for small teams. If anyone has experience with user-friendly solutions that fit these criteria, I'd really appreciate your recommendations, especially if they integrate with CRM tools or offer a mobile app for notifications.
