I've been having a tough time getting my PC to start up again. After connecting all the cables correctly, it still doesn't turn on. Here's what I've tried so far: I used a paperclip in the PSU slots 4 and 5, and that got the CPU fan, case fans, GPU fans, and PSU fans to spin, so there's some power. I also tried using a paperclip and screwdriver to the power switch port, but that didn't do anything either, even after plugging in the front panel cable. I also removed the CMOS battery for 30 seconds and put it back in, but no luck there either. Any suggestions?
