I'm building my first PC and trying to stick to a budget around £800, but I've gone a bit over. I've put together a list of new parts using PC Part Picker, but I'm not sure if it's reasonable for average 1080p gaming. Could someone take a look at my list and suggest any better options or let me know if I'm overspending? Here's the link to my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Qbsjph

You might consider downgrading to the 5600X unless you need the extra cores for productivity stuff. I found a B570 motherboard for about £189 at Currys that would work well for 1080p gaming. It'll be a bit less powerful than the B580, but much more affordable. Also, I recommend avoiding water cooling unless you have a high-end CPU; it can save you around £30.
The prices for SSDs, RAM, and GPUs are really high right now, but you're not misinformed. If you're looking to save some cash, check out this alternative build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/3BPYH3. It should perform similarly to what you have, if not a bit better, and it's £971.
I've mainly been a mobile gamer, so any upgrade feels huge to me. Thanks for the heads up about water cooling! I just thought it would add some nice RGB flair to my glass case!
