The Ryzen 5 5600 should be fine for most games, especially if you're targeting around 60–144 FPS. You may run into a CPU limit more often in competitive games or when chasing very high refresh rates, but it isn't an inherently bad pairing.

The 5600 should handle the card well in most scenarios. One example of a possible limitation is occasional stutter in CPU-heavy areas of certain games, but that doesn't necessarily mean every title will bottleneck. Check per-game benchmarks before upgrading.
