I'm in Australia, and a website I normally use is unavailable here. I recently subscribed to NordVPN and tried connecting through servers in the United States and other countries, but the website still identifies me as being in Australia and blocks access. What troubleshooting steps can I try?

The site may be blocking known VPN and data-center IP addresses rather than relying only on your apparent country. Try a few different servers, preferably in different cities, and check whether the VPN offers obfuscated or dedicated IP options. Some websites simply refuse all traffic from commercial VPN ranges, so changing servers may not solve it permanently.
Clear your browser cookies, cache, and site data, then completely close and reopen the browser while connected to the VPN. You can also test with a private window or another browser. Make sure the VPN is connected before opening the site, and check for DNS, IPv6, or WebRTC leaks that could reveal your real location.

Is there anything else I can do if the site is recognizing the VPN itself?
