I'm in a bit of a bind here! I recently discovered that my domain is blacklisted on SURBL, and I'm totally non-technical. I just bought the domain from Namecheap and linked it to my Kajabi site, but now it's causing issues for my customers who were purchasing courses from it. The reason for the blacklist is marked as ABUSE, which is hard to believe because I've only shared my link in a beehiiv newsletter, a Facebook post, and in a Reddit ad. I've used Namecheap domains for years without any problems, so I'm not sure what happened. Can someone help me figure out how to identify the source of the blacklist and what I need to do to get my domain removed? Also, what does it mean when they say 'Typical message advertising the website'? How can I find the sending IP? What's the typical normal message body they're referring to?

You can check out their [lookup tool](https://www.surbl.org/surbl-analysis) for your affected domain or IPs, and submit a removal request from there. As for your questions about message bodies and IPs, they probably won’t track those specifics, but it’s worth asking in your removal request.
Thanks! I just emailed [email protected] to see if they can help. I hope they respond soon, but I'm not holding my breath—being a first-time entrepreneur is tough!
