I'm trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The PC Health Check app says my computer meets the requirements, but Windows Settings says it isn't eligible. I also tried opening the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, but it shows: "Can't create files. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder." What could be causing this, and how can I complete the upgrade?

You can create a Windows 11 installation USB with Rufus. Its advanced options let you remove checks for requirements such as TPM and CPU compatibility, which may allow the installation to proceed when Windows reports conflicting results. Make sure to back up important files first, since changing installation requirements can introduce compatibility or support issues.
