One Computer Cannot Resolve Websites While Other Devices Work

Every website fails to load on this computer with a DNS address error, but other devices connected to the same Wi‑Fi work normally. I have already tried setting DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, clearing the DNS cache, restarting the router, and temporarily disabling antivirus software. What else can I check to find and fix the problem?

You can test the connection independently of the browser with PowerShell. Run `Test-NetConnection your-site.example -Port 443` and check the result. A successful test points toward a browser or browser-configuration issue; a failed test suggests the computer's network adapter, DNS settings, or Windows networking stack needs further troubleshooting.

First confirm whether the computer has internet connectivity beyond the browser. Open Command Prompt and run `ping google.com`, then try `ipconfig /renew`. If the ping cannot find the host, the computer is still failing DNS resolution rather than having a browser-only problem.

The ping says it could not find host google.com, and `ipconfig /renew` produced an error as well.
