Windows still lists Valorant as using about 9.21 GB under Installed apps, but selecting Uninstall produces an error saying the required files cannot be found. The Riot Client was removed too, and searching for leftover Riot or Valorant folders did not reveal anything. Another uninstaller also failed. How can I remove the remaining storage entry or reclaim the space?

Try uninstalling any remaining Riot software first, then check common leftover locations such as the Riot Games folder, AppData, and Documents. If the folders are genuinely gone, the 9 GB figure may just be a stale Windows entry rather than files still using that space. You can reinstall the Riot Client and Valorant, then uninstall them normally if Windows still has a broken uninstall record.
Geek Uninstaller is another option that can remove a broken program entry and clean up leftovers. If it also cannot locate the files, check your actual free disk space in File Explorer. When the files are gone but Installed apps still reports 9 GB, the problem is probably Windows’ cached uninstall information rather than Valorant still occupying that space.
