I recently upgraded from an RTX 4060 to an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB and I'm using it with a Ryzen 5 5600X. Is this combination balanced, or should I be concerned about compatibility or a CPU bottleneck?

Yes, the combination is perfectly fine. The 5600X can still handle the 5060 Ti well, especially at 1440p or with higher-quality settings. You may see some CPU limitation in competitive games at very high frame rates, but it isn't a serious pairing problem.
You could notice a bottleneck in a few CPU-heavy games, mainly if you're playing at 1080p and aiming for extremely high FPS. At 1440p, the graphics card will usually be the limiting part instead.
