I'm recreating a PC build using the Jungle Leopard MS01 case, which is often shown with nine fans installed. The issue is that my graphics card sits directly against the three bottom intake fans, leaving virtually no space between them. The GPU physically fits, but the fans are pressed right up against it. If I remove the bottom fans, I'm worried the system will have negative pressure. Would it make sense to configure the three top fans as two intakes and one exhaust, giving me four intake fans and two exhaust fans overall?

If the bottom fans are touching the graphics card, I’d remove them or avoid using that configuration. Fans need room to pull air, and restricting them can create turbulence, noise, and worse GPU temperatures. A small gap is important, so prioritize GPU clearance over matching the photos of the example build.
The card does physically fit, but the fans are essentially pressed against it with no meaningful gap. That’s why I’m hesitant to keep them installed.
