I'm new to building PCs and could use help choosing the best components for a system costing around €1,500 in Spain. The PC will mainly be used for gaming, along with general tasks and possibly some lighter creative work. I already own a monitor and peripherals, so the entire budget can go toward the computer itself. My priorities are performance and value rather than appearance, and I don't need RGB. Ideally, I'd like 32GB of RAM, at least a 1TB SSD, and a capable CPU and GPU. Should I buy the parts online, check local computer shops, or consider a used system to get the best performance for the money?

For that budget, you can definitely build a very capable gaming PC. Focus most of the money on the graphics card, then choose a current mid-to-high-end CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a reliable 1TB or larger NVMe SSD. Since aesthetics aren't important, a basic airflow-focused case and a quality power supply can help keep the total under control.
A balanced mid-range gaming build from a reputable parts guide would be a good starting point. Use it as a template rather than copying it blindly, then adjust the CPU and graphics card based on current Spanish pricing. Make sure the motherboard supports the processor, the power supply has enough capacity, and the case has adequate airflow.
If you're mainly chasing performance per euro, compare prices between online retailers and local shops. Used-market listings can sometimes offer excellent value, especially for the GPU, but make sure you can test the parts and verify their condition before buying. I'll check local options as well.
