My Lenovo ThinkCentre Mini M9P3 refuses to boot. When I press the power button, only the power LED lights up, the fan spins for a moment, and then the computer shuts off before repeating the cycle. It successfully started once, but after I tried launching Minecraft, the display began showing the problem seen in the attached video. Since then, it will not boot again. I have already reseated the RAM twice. I currently have only one RAM stick installed because the other stick stopped working previously.

The symptoms could point to a graphics or memory problem, although this system is expected to use integrated graphics rather than a separate graphics card. Since you only have one RAM stick, try removing it and reinstalling it carefully, then test it in each available slot if the motherboard has more than one. If possible, test with known-good compatible RAM. Also check whether the CPU cooler is firmly mounted and clear of dust, because overheating or a hardware protection shutdown can cause this power-loop behavior.
I only have one stick installed now; the second one stopped working earlier, so I’ll test this one in the other slot and look for compatible replacement RAM.
