My third-generation AirPods randomly disconnect and reconnect while I'm using them. It happens across different apps, including TikTok, YouTube, and Apple Music, rather than only during one specific activity. Has anyone found a reliable fix or figured out what causes this?

Since it happens across several apps, it probably isn’t limited to Spotify or a particular type of audio. It may be worth checking whether the disconnects also happen in places with lots of Bluetooth interference, such as a gym, and then testing after resetting or reconnecting the AirPods.
It happens while I’m using TikTok, YouTube, Apple Music, and other apps too—the AirPods disconnect and reconnect during playback.
