If the request is denied, you may be able to ask Apple for another review. If it’s rejected again, Apple generally won’t provide another refund route, so the best option is to wait for the decision and keep an eye on your purchase history and payment account.
There’s no guarantee, since refund decisions depend on several factors, but canceling quickly and having no previous refund history may help. If Apple approves it, the money can take anywhere from several business days to as long as 30 days to reach your payment method, depending on your bank and how the payment was processed.
A quick refund request is a good sign, but it still isn’t guaranteed. The system reviews each request individually.
