Since the crash happens mainly with games, try a clean troubleshooting pass: install the latest Dell BIOS and chipset updates, then install the graphics driver recommended for the laptop rather than mixing generic Intel and NVIDIA packages. Run System File Checker, update DirectX and Windows, disable Fast Startup, and test from a clean boot. Also try switching between hybrid graphics and discrete-GPU-only modes, and temporarily lower the display refresh rate or disable overlays. If only certain games fail while lighter games work, compare their GPU and DirectX requirements and check temperatures and power behavior under load.
The next useful step is to collect the crash dumps rather than repeatedly reinstalling drivers. Check C:WindowsMinidump after the system recovers, copy any files elsewhere, and compress them so they can be analyzed. If the folder is empty, enable Small Memory Dump creation in Advanced System Settings and reproduce the crash. The dump may identify whether the NVIDIA driver, Intel graphics driver, DirectX, or another component caused the stop code.
The fact that Roblox and Minecraft run does not rule out a graphics problem; those games may use less demanding rendering paths.
