The biggest limitation is the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics. A dedicated graphics card would make the largest difference for both games. The i5-6400 and 16 GB of RAM should be adequate for an entry-level gaming setup, but the exact card depends on the power supply, case space, and upgrade budget. Adding a SATA SSD for Windows and the games would also make loading and general use feel much faster.
