While playing League of Legends, I was suddenly disconnected because of a server issue. When I tried to reconnect, the screen went black and I couldn't switch windows, so I powered off the computer. After turning it back on, the mouse cursor was stuck in the top-right corner and kept clicking repeatedly. This happens even when I unplug the mouse, and the clicking moves me away from the password field on the login screen, so I can't sign in. I've already reconnected the mouse, tried Safe Mode, and discharged the PC by unplugging it and holding the power button. The only other connected devices are a keyboard, Wi-Fi adapter, and an unused USB-to-USB-C cable. Could another device be sending mouse input, or is there another way to fix this?

Check for another input device that might be sending a constant signal. A gamepad with its stick pressed or a faulty controller can make the cursor move into a corner and repeatedly click, even after the mouse itself is unplugged. Disconnect every USB device except the keyboard, then restart and reconnect them one at a time to identify the culprit.
The only devices connected are the keyboard, mouse, Wi-Fi adapter, and an unused USB-to-USB-C cable. The problem continues after unplugging the mouse, so I’ll disconnect the remaining USB devices and test them individually.
