Looking for Feedback on My First Gaming PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first gaming PC and I could really use your feedback on the parts I've selected. I've been using a gaming laptop (Dell G7 1770 with an Intel i7-10750H, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti) for a while, but I'm ready to upgrade to a real desktop setup. The games I play include War Thunder, Baldur's Gate 3, HELLDIVERS 2, Marvel Rivals, Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane 12, Payday 2 & 3, Rainbow 6 Siege, and Rocket League. Plus, I want to connect it to my Oculus Quest 2 for some VR gaming. Here's my parts list: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jdsG6Q](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jdsG6Q). My budget is around $1,750 to $2,000, so I'd appreciate any suggestions for tweaks or additions. Thanks! Also, here's my updated parts list after some feedback: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JzwBYd](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JzwBYd).

Given your budget, I recommend going for the RX 7700XT instead of the RX 7600 XT; it’s just about $40-$50 more and worth it for better performance. You'll notice a significant difference in graphic quality, especially for the games you mentioned.

Is there any major difference in performance? I'm really aiming for high settings to enhance my gaming experience.

Since many of your games are CPU-intensive, I'd suggest getting a Ryzen 5 9600X for a bit more cash. The 6700XT is getting older now, so maybe look for a 5070 when it’s available at MSRP or the 9070XT if you find a good deal.

I switched to the 7700XT, but I'm wondering, is this really worth it considering it's still somewhat dated? I don't need over 120fps but just below that would be fine.
