This would be my first PC, and I plan to use it exclusively for gaming. The proposed build includes a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, a Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi 6E motherboard, 32GB of DDR5-5600 CL46 memory in two 16GB modules, a Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB of VRAM, and a 1TB Kingston NV3 M.2 SSD. Windows 11 Home is included, and the total price is £1,666. Are the parts well balanced, or would you recommend changing anything?

The Kingston NV3 is a basic SSD, so I would look for a stronger 1TB PCIe 4.0 drive if possible. Also confirm that the quoted price includes a suitable power supply, CPU cooler, case, and enough case fans. Those parts are easy to overlook in a first build, especially with a power-hungry graphics card.
Make sure the memory is actually 32GB total rather than 16GB. Modern AAA games can already become uncomfortable with only 16GB, so two 16GB sticks is the safer choice. That said, CL46 is fairly slow, so a faster DDR5 kit would be preferable if the price difference is reasonable.
The build puts a lot of the budget into the processor and graphics card while cutting costs on the RAM and storage. For gaming, you could consider a 7800X3D, 7500X3D, or a similar Ryzen 5 option and use the savings for faster memory and a better SSD. At higher resolutions, the difference between these CPUs is often relatively small compared with the graphics card.
