I'm trying to preorder an iPhone 18 Pro using Creation's monthly finance option, but the application keeps returning errors and won't let me complete the purchase. Has anyone else had trouble applying or checking out, or is the problem limited to my account?

I’m seeing the same thing through both the email link and the Apple Store app. It may be struggling with the unusually high number of people trying to apply and place preorders at the same time.
The payment setup message is confusing. It appears the order may be created but is waiting for Creation to confirm the finance approval. Even people who were approved beforehand are seeing delays, along with errors saying the application can’t be progressed because of technical issues. I’d avoid placing another order until the first one appears clearly in the order history, otherwise it’s easy to accidentally submit duplicates.
I’ve also seen reports of incorrect eligibility errors, such as saying someone is under 18 or over 120. That suggests the finance system is having broader problems, not that everyone affected has failed the checks.
The finance application has been showing an error for me too. I’ve been retrying for about an hour, so it seems to be a wider technical problem rather than something unique to one account.
I tried the app as well, and it looks like the system is overloaded with applications right now.
