After upgrading my PC to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, I started seeing an AMD firmware TPM prompt every time the computer boots. I have been pressing N to skip it, but I want the system to boot normally without showing the message. The current BIOS settings are set to enable Firmware TPM, with "Erase fTPM NV for factory reset" enabled. What should I select or change to remove the prompt? I also checked Windows for BitLocker, and it reports that a compatible TPM cannot be found. Is that related, and is it safe to continue?

Choose Y at the prompt to confirm the fTPM reset. Since the CPU was changed, the TPM data from the previous processor may no longer be valid. After confirming, the firmware should recreate the TPM data and the prompt should stop appearing on later boots.
Before confirming, make sure you do not have BitLocker or another drive-encryption feature enabled, and save any recovery key you may have. Resetting fTPM clears its stored security keys. If encryption is active, Windows could ask for a recovery key on the next boot. If BitLocker is not enabled and you are not using TPM-backed credentials, pressing Y is generally the expected fix for this CPU-change prompt.
I checked BitLocker and Windows says it cannot find a compatible TPM. Does that mean I am safe to press Y?
