I'm planning to spend about €1,150 on a gaming PC in Italy. The parts I'm considering are a Gigabyte B550 motherboard, Ryzen 5 5500 with the stock cooler, 32GB DDR4-3200, a 1TB NVMe SSD, Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB, and an MSI 650W Bronze non-modular power supply. Does this build make sense for the price, or will the processor bottleneck the graphics card? Is 650W enough, and are there any parts I should replace?

A good-quality 650W PSU should be enough for this combination, but check the exact MSI model rather than judging it only by the Bronze label. Make sure it has the required GPU power connectors and a solid review history. The stock cooler is acceptable for the Ryzen 5 5500, though an inexpensive tower cooler would give you lower temperatures and less noise.
The Ryzen 5 5500 is the weakest part of this build compared with the graphics card. It can work, especially at 1440p, but in CPU-heavy games it may hold the RX 9060 XT back. If the price difference is reasonable, a Ryzen 5 5500X3D would be a much better match and could noticeably improve minimum FPS. Otherwise, compare the price of a Ryzen 5 5600 or another newer platform before committing.
How large is the price gap between the Ryzen 5 5500 and 5500X3D where you’re buying? That difference would determine whether the upgrade is worthwhile.
