I'm considering buying this used PC for about $850 CAD, roughly $620 USD. It includes an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, ASUS motherboard, 32GB of Patriot Viper DDR4 memory, a 1TB Samsung 970 NVMe SSD, a Corsair 750W power supply, the case, and the AMD Wraith cooler. The graphics card is an ASUS ROG GeForce RTX 3060 12GB. This would be a new-to-me system for general use and gaming, with a wired connection and no need for monitors or other accessories. Does the price seem reasonable, and are there any concerns I should check before buying?

For used Canadian parts, the tower sounds closer to roughly $650–$700 CAD in total, with around $750 being the upper end depending on local demand and condition. At $850, I’d negotiate unless the system is exceptionally clean, has good-quality components, and comes with useful warranty coverage.
The missing graphics card was the main issue with the original parts list. With the RTX 3060 12GB included, the system is a capable 1080p gaming machine. The Ryzen 7 5800X is still a strong processor, although this is an older AM4 platform rather than a current-generation build.
The RTX 3060 is an ASUS ROG model with 12GB of VRAM, and the whole system is being sold used.
Before paying, ask for the exact ASUS motherboard and power-supply models, the system’s age, and proof that it works under load. Check CPU and GPU temperatures, run a game or stress test, inspect the SSD health, and make sure the 750W supply is from a reputable Corsair series. If everything checks out, it’s a decent gaming PC, but $850 CAD is on the high side for a used RTX 3060 system.
I’d also factor in the age and condition of the power supply, SSD, and graphics card. Those can affect the value more than the CPU alone.
