My computer lists its GPU as Intel HD Graphics, and I'm not sure what that means or which graphics driver I should install. I'm using a laptop, so I also need to know how to identify the exact processor model before downloading anything.

Intel HD Graphics is integrated graphics built into the processor rather than a separate graphics card. You usually don’t need to install a driver manually because Windows Update can handle it.
