Because it shut down while under load and the RGB still receives power, the PSU may have triggered its protection circuits or failed. Turn the PSU switch off, unplug the power cable, then hold the case power button for about 30 seconds to discharge the system. Reconnect everything, switch the PSU back on, and try starting it again. If there’s still no response or motherboard diagnostic display, the PSU becomes a strong suspect.
