I'm trying to downsize my current build, which is housed in an O11 Mini V2, without replacing many of my existing components. I'm using a micro-ATX motherboard and a large Aorus RTX 5070 Master graphics card. Appearance and side-panel style don't matter to me—I mainly want the smallest practical case that can accommodate both parts. Use a parts-list compatibility site and sort cases by internal volume. Then verify the motherboard support, GPU length and thickness, CPU cooler clearance, and power-supply dimensions manually, since the smallest cases often have tight limits.
Since you don’t care about appearance, focus entirely on measurements rather than features like a glass or fish-tank layout. The GPU may require a slightly larger case than the motherboard alone would suggest.
