I'm running an Intel Core i3-14100 with 16GB of DDR5 memory, a 450W Fortron power supply, and a GTX 1060. I mainly play competitive games such as CS2, Call of Duty, and Battlefield 6 at 1080p. I'm fine with using low settings rather than maxing out the graphics, but I'd like a noticeable performance improvement over the GTX 1060. What used graphics cards would be good options, and would my 450W PSU be sufficient?

The RTX 3060 12GB is probably the safer choice for this setup. The RTX 3070 offers more performance, but it uses significantly more power, so the exact PSU model and its PCIe power connectors matter. Check the power supply’s quality and condition before pairing it with a higher-power card.
A used RTX 3070 can be around three times faster than a GTX 1060 and is often available for under $250. Its 8GB of VRAM is generally fine for competitive games, especially if you’re playing at low settings.
