I'm trying to put a Windows 11 disk image (ISO) on an 80 GB USB drive. The drive appears to have plenty of free space and is supposedly formatted as exFAT, but Windows says the file is too large for the destination. Other files copy normally. Do I need to change the format or use a special tool to make the USB bootable?

If your goal is to install Windows, don’t simply copy the ISO onto the USB as a normal file. Use a bootable-media utility such as Rufus to write the ISO to the drive. It will prepare the partitions and make the USB bootable; back up anything important first because the process normally wipes the USB.
