I'm building my first PC and want to play Fortnite at 1080p using Performance Mode while maintaining at least 120 FPS and streaming at the same time. I already have a Ryzen 5 7600X and currently use a TV instead of a dedicated monitor. My budget is very limited, so I'm looking for an affordable temporary graphics card until I can upgrade to the GPU I really want.

At 1080p in Fortnite Performance Mode, an RTX 5060 8GB should be capable of 120+ FPS, and an RX 9060-class card could also work. Since you’ll be playing on low settings, the CPU is important too, but your Ryzen 5 7600X is a solid choice for this use case.
If you find a good used deal, an RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 3070, or RX 6700 XT should handle Fortnite at 1080p comfortably while streaming. Check prices carefully, since the value depends on the local used market and the condition of the card.
Higher-end options such as an RX 9070 or RX 9070 GRE would provide plenty of performance, but they probably don’t fit the goal of finding a cheap temporary GPU. For a low-cost build, waiting or choosing a reasonably priced used midrange card is likely better.
The best recommendation depends heavily on your actual spending limit and the display’s resolution and refresh rate. Since you’re using a TV and have a very small budget, it may make sense to wait and save rather than buy a temporary card that you’ll replace soon.
