My PC first started rebooting on its own, and Windows became corrupted. I created a bootable USB drive to reinstall Windows 11, but later the computer stopped showing anything on the monitor. The CPU powers on, the fans spin, and the RGB lighting works, but there is no image and I cannot even reach the BIOS. There is no mouse cursor or other sign of video output. I already tried removing the CMOS battery for 10–15 minutes, resetting the CMOS with the motherboard pins, and reseating the memory, but the problem remains. My system uses a Ryzen 7 5700G, one 16 GB XPG Spectrix D50 RAM stick, an MSI B550M Gaming Plus motherboard, and integrated graphics with no dedicated GPU.

With one memory stick, test it in the recommended A2 slot, usually the second slot away from the CPU, and then try the other slot if needed. If possible, test with another compatible DDR4 stick or another power supply. Make sure the 24-pin motherboard cable and the 8-pin CPU power cable are fully seated. Since the fans and RGB can still work when a power supply or motherboard has a fault, those lights do not prove the system is healthy. If it still will not reach BIOS after testing the RAM, connections, display cable, and another monitor, the likely causes are the RAM, motherboard, CPU, or power supply and the parts will need to be tested individually.
If you cannot see the BIOS screen, Windows and the installation USB are not the problem yet. The system is failing its hardware startup check. Try booting with only the essentials connected: motherboard, CPU and cooler, one RAM stick, power supply, and monitor. Disconnect the storage drives and all USB devices. Confirm the monitor cable is connected to the motherboard's video output, since the 5700G uses integrated graphics. Also check the motherboard's EZ Debug LEDs to see whether it stops at CPU, DRAM, VGA, or BOOT.
I already reset the CMOS and reseated the RAM, but I will check the debug light and try starting it with the drives and USB devices disconnected.
