I've been using a 512GB Intel 660p SSD as my Windows boot drive and for game storage since 2019. Its rated endurance is 100 TB written, and monitoring software reports about 83 TB written with 72% remaining health, though the overall status is still marked "Good." Is it reasonable to keep using it as my primary system drive, or should I replace it now?

You can keep using it if it’s working normally. The TBW figure is an endurance rating, not a guaranteed failure point. Still, anything important should be backed up to another drive because SSDs can fail with little warning.
If you’re worried, run a complete SMART diagnostic and watch for increasing media errors, spare-block warnings, or other critical attributes. A healthy test result and stable SMART readings are reassuring, but they aren’t a substitute for backups. Keeping a current system image would let you replace the drive quickly if it suddenly fails.
The drive is already outside its original warranty period, but that doesn’t mean it has reached the end of its useful life. Keep an eye on the SMART data and consider replacing it when convenient rather than waiting for failure. It could remain your game or download drive afterward, since that data is easier to restore.
