I accidentally uninstalled Bluetooth from Device Manager while trying to remove its drivers. I tried reinstalling the drivers, but Bluetooth still does not work and the adapter no longer appears in Device Manager. What steps can I take to restore it?

Removing a device in Device Manager usually doesn’t permanently delete the hardware. Right-click the computer name or an entry in Device Manager and select “Scan for hardware changes.” If it still doesn’t show up, reinstall the manufacturer’s Bluetooth driver and check for an unknown device or a disabled adapter.
Install the correct Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth driver from your motherboard or computer manufacturer. If Bluetooth uses a separate USB dongle or PCIe card, get the driver directly from that device’s manufacturer. After installing it, open Device Manager, select the computer name at the top, and choose “Scan for hardware changes.” You can also restart the computer, which may make the adapter reappear as an unknown device that you can then update.
I already restarted and scanned for hardware, but Bluetooth still isn’t listed anywhere in Device Manager.
