I'm installing an RX 9060 XT in a Phanteks XT Pro case with a B650 EAGLE AX motherboard, but the graphics card won't fully slide into the PCIe slot. The main part of the connector seems to click into place, but the smaller section still looks only partially inserted. The case's rear PCIe area appears to be blocking the card's bracket and preventing it from sitting all the way down. Has anyone run into this alignment issue?

Check that the matching PCIe slot covers have been removed from the back of the case. The GPU’s metal bracket needs to pass through that opening, and a leftover cover can stop the card from seating fully. Also loosen the motherboard screws slightly while fitting the GPU, align everything, then tighten them evenly.
Make sure the motherboard is installed on the correct case standoffs. Without standoffs, the board will sit too low and the rear I/O and expansion slots won’t line up properly with the case. Don’t force the GPU into the slot—remove it and correct the motherboard mounting first.
