I'm installing an RX 9060 XT in a Phanteks XT Pro case with a B650 EAGLE AX motherboard, but the graphics card doesn't seem to slide completely into the PCIe slot. The larger section clicks into place, but the smaller end of the connector appears to be only partially inserted. The case's rear expansion-slot area seems to be blocking the GPU bracket and preventing the card from lining up properly. Has anyone run into this before?

Check that the matching rear expansion-slot covers have been removed from the case. The GPU’s metal bracket needs to pass through that opening and line up with the case before the card can fully seat. Also loosen the motherboard screws slightly while aligning everything, then tighten them once the GPU is positioned.
Make sure the motherboard is installed on the correct brass standoffs. Without standoffs, the board can sit too low or be misaligned with the case openings, which can prevent the GPU from seating correctly and may risk damaging the board. Don’t force the card—remove it and mount the motherboard properly first.
It turns out the motherboard isn’t installed on standoffs. I’ll correct that before trying to install the GPU again.
