My RX 6600 is starting to struggle with newer games, and I'm looking for an upgrade for 1440p at around 60 FPS. For this budget, a used RX 9060 XT 16GB would be one of the better choices if you can find a good deal. The extra VRAM should also help it age better at 1440p.
