I had a user retire and I converted their account to a shared mailbox. They returned from retirement, so I changed it back to a regular user mailbox and reactivated their Active Directory account. However, they're not appearing in the address book. I set the HiddenFromAddressBook attribute to false based on some troubleshooting I found online, but it's still not working. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?

Outlook typically uses the "Offline Global Address List," which means it needs some time for the server updates to be reflected on the client side. Ensure you check the "Global Address List" in the Address Book dropdown to see potential visibility there or try using OWA, which reads directly from the server.
