I recently picked up a new RTX 5070 graphics card to pair with my Ryzen 8700G CPU. I'm trying to figure out if my 600W power supply will be sufficient for this setup. I've heard different opinions about power requirements, and I want to make sure I have enough headroom. What's the consensus on this?

I'd personally recommend going for at least a 650W PSU. It’s best to have some extra power to avoid issues down the line. With just 600W, you won't have much wiggle room if you try to push your system.

You should be okay with a 600W PSU, provided it's a reliable model. But which brand and model do you have? That can make a difference!

Honestly, I would suggest a 750W power supply. It gives you more breathing room and future-proofing for upgrades. Can't go wrong with a bit of extra headroom!

Technically, a 600W might work, but it really depends on the efficiency of your PSU and your entire system's draw. Better safe than sorry!

Thanks for the info! I'm starting to see the need for a higher wattage.
