I've been having some major issues with my PC lately. Initially, I dealt with random BSODs, but I managed to fix that by reinstalling a faulty driver. However, I've run into a new problem: my PC now restarts unexpectedly, whether I'm gaming or just downloading something, and it does so without any clear cause. I've checked the minidump folder, but it's empty. Using the Event Viewer, I found critical issues showing that I had 3 restarts in just one hour, all logged under 'kernel Power' with Event ID 41 and Task Category 63. I'm really struggling to get my PC working properly and could use some help!

First off, you should definitely check for dump files which are useful in diagnosing BSODs. If you can access Windows normally or in Safe Mode, head to C:WindowsMinidump and see if there are any dump files. If there are, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site. If not, you might want to follow the instructions to change your dump type to Small Memory Dump so that you can get more useful data next time.
The kernel Power Event ID 41 usually indicates an unexpected shutdown, meaning your system crashed. Even if you didn't see a BSOD, it likely happened. This is often linked to storage issues—have you checked your drives? If you don’t see any dump files, faulty storage could be to blame. What's the model of your storage drives?
Have you tried running sfc and chkdsk commands? They can sometimes help with these kinds of problems.
I have two drives: a Lenovo 256GB SSD for booting and a 1TB Seagate HDD. I looked for dump files but didn't find any.
