Need Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Upgrading the Cooler

Hey everyone! I have a prebuilt PC with a Ryzen 9 7900x and I recently decided to swap out the stock cooler because the temperatures were pretty high. I replaced it with a ThermalRight Phantom Spirit. Now, when I power on the PC, the LEDs light up, but nothing shows on the monitor. I see an orange light for the RAM and a red light for the CPU on the motherboard that just won't go away. I've tried reseating the CPU and checked for bent pins, reseated the RAM, reattached the old cooler, and even loosened the new cooler a bit. I've connected all the cables correctly, including the ARGB header, and I followed the installation guide from ThermalRight. The only thing I haven't done is clear the CMOS because it's hard to reach beneath the GPU. After eight hours of troubleshooting, I'm completely lost! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It might help to reseat the graphics card and check the motherboard power cable and CPU power cable. Sometimes, when you’re messing around in there, one of those cables can get nudged out of place and cause issues like this. Give it a shot!

Also, double-check that you’re using the CPU_FAN header. Some motherboards won’t boot properly if that header isn’t connected. It’s a small thing, but it can make a big difference!
