Hey everyone! I just set up Linux Mint Cinnamon on my Lenovo IdeaPad, and so far, everything's been great except for one annoying issue. Whenever I try to access my work website, I get a message saying "This site cannot be reached." I've tried using both Mozilla Firefox and Chrome, but no luck. I can still access the site using my phone and another laptop running Windows. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

First things first, try to ping the website from your terminal to see if it's responding. Just type "ping google.com" to check if the command works. If you get a response from other sites but not this one, that could indicate a problem with the site itself or your specific setup. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I actually managed to fix it after pinging. I didn't know that was even possible! Definitely going to remember that for the future.

Since it's only this specific website giving you trouble, it could help to change your browser's user agent string to mimic Windows. There are a few tutorials on YouTube that can walk you through that process. Just search for "change user agent Linux Mint" and you should find something helpful!
