I'm having trouble installing the latest drivers for my GPU. When I try to use the Nvidia package launcher, I get an error saying, "No NVIDIA GPU is detected on your system. This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware." I'm not entirely sure what a GPU is or how to address this issue. For reference, I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop, specifically the Yoga 7 with a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U processor. Can anyone help me out?

Confirm the specific model of your Yoga. If it indeed has the Intel integrated graphics only, that's why you’re getting that error. Check if you can find out more about your laptop’s specs to know what’s actually in there.
It sounds like your Lenovo Yoga doesn't actually have a dedicated GPU (dGPU). Many Yoga models, especially those with Intel processors, just come with integrated graphics. That’s likely why the Nvidia installer can’t find any compatible hardware. You might not need to install Nvidia drivers at all unless you’re planning to run specific applications that require them.
Yeah, if you're just doing everyday tasks or light gaming, integrated graphics should be enough. If you do need more power down the line, consider an external GPU setup.
